The choir is open to those aged 18 and upwards.Everyone will be welcomed with open arms.

There are no auditions and no criteria for joining as all are welcome to the High Hopes Family.

There are many individual success stories among members of the choir be it getting a house, moving into further education, overcoming anxiety, gaining confidence and making new friendships.

Waterford High Hopes Choir travel to local secondary schools singing and raising awareness of homelessness and drug addiction. They also travel to other locations to perform. This has included: Electric Picnic; All Together Now at Curraghmore; Croke Park during the Papal visit; Aras an Uachtarain for the President; a Civic reception at City Hall; The Irish Centre, Liverpool; EU Parliament Brussels.

The choir members meet at the Manor Street Youth Community Centre each Wednesday from 6pm to 7.15pm.
